Current Project

Penryhn Townhomes Foundations
Client: GT Mann
Completed 2023
Foundation walls and footings for GT Mann for a 6 Unit Townhouse project in Victoria. This project was a quick mobilization for DC, with an extensive layout DC pulled on its experience to ensure this project was turned over quickly with no mistakes!
Stadacona Park
Client: Kingsview Construction
Completed 2023
DC was engaged by Kingsview Construction to complete concrete and excavation work at the Stadacona Park. This recently completed project included park curbs, flatwork, earth work, city sidewalk and civil works! Completed ahead of schedule DC was able to make this project a success for Kingsview and the City of Victoria!
Custom Home - Saltair
Freeman Construction
Current Project
A truly spectacular view from a custom home in Saltair! Not all custom homes are treated equal, this customer needed a company that would not shy away from a challenge. With a massive 60’ drop from the roadway and no easy access DC’s crews have been able to thrive in challenging conditions. This project is currently underway with Freeman Construction! Dieppe Townhouse Foundation and Framing
Client: BMP Construction Management
Completed 2022
Foundations and framing for 12 townhouse units over two buildings. Completed in 2022 this project was completed with the use of both DC’s Concrete and Framing Crews to give a complete structure scope!
Westbourne ICF Foundation
NRB Modular Solutions
Completed 2022
Westbourne project was completed in 2022 for Modular School houses for the Westbourne School in Vancouver. This project was completed using ICF to ensure tight timelines were kept due to the urgent need for to meet a prescheduled Modular installation date! DC Specializes in ICF and promotes it on viable projects for its superior efficiency and quality!
Wilkinson Prison Concrete Yard Wall
Client: Kingsview Construction
Completed 2023
DC Completed a yard wall for the Wilkinson Prison renovation in early 2023. Working in restricted and confined areas DC was able to construct the 26’ long by 22’ high wall without any failures ensuring renovations could proceed as scheduled.
